We have our own double glazing glass and aluminum fabrication plant at Shayestagonj, Habigong beside Dhaka Sylhet highway .
We have a fully automated chicaneries set up for Double Glazing Unit and aluminum fabrication work. The chemicals we are
using for double glazing insulation work is "FENZI" which ensures long lasting performance of the
double glazed glass. As far we know nobody in Bangladesh are using Italian chemicals at present for double glazing glass
work. For which we may claim that we have uniqueness in the double glazing sector . We are capable to provide customized
service to our prospective clients.

CHEMICALS
MOLECULAR SIEVE
Molecular sieve is a substance used in spacer bar that reduces sustains state of dryness.
BUTYL
Butyl is used for primary sealing. It is specially formulated for double glazed units.
POLY SULPHIDE
Poly Sulphide is used for secondary sealing. The ratio of white and black poly Sulphide is 9:1 which is recommended for best performance.
ARGON GAS
Double glazing windows energy efficiency can be further increased by substituting dehydrated air with argon gas. Although argon-filled units cost around 5% more than air-filled units, it can improve a double glazing window’s energy rating by 30%. Argon fillings should last the lifetime of a double glazing window and over a period of 25 years.
